Mary Fransella11/10/2023We have a small private network of two PCs running Windows 10 and a wireless printer which was repeatedly refusing to print. Glenn came at very short notice and gave us excellent service. He patiently, politely and knowledgeably diagnosed and dealt with the temperamental printer. When it became apparent a few days later that there was another problem with the wireless connection, he returned at even shorter notice, sorted out an issue with our ageing (possibly nearly life-expired) router, and showed us what to do if the same thing happened again. When we can face installing the replacement router, we shall be very grateful for his help! Thank you again, Glenn.
